From I-5 North

Take exit 173, t urn west on Northgate Way. At Meridian Avenue North, turn RIGHT (north). Take the first LEFT onto 115th Street.

From 1-5 South

Take the 1st AVE. N.E. exit (exit #173) towards Northgate Way. Turn LEFT onto 1st. AVE N.E, then LEFT onto N. Northgate Way ( drive under I-5). Turn RIGHT onto Meridian AVE N, then turn LEFT onto N. 115th st.

Location

Northwest Surgical Specialists is located on the main floor of the medical office building. The medical office building is the only large brick building other than the hospital, and it is attached to the hospital via a sky-bridge.
