Each of our physicians is committed to excellence and to providing the most up to date minimally invasive technology.

We are committed not only to our own high level of expertise but to teaching what we have learned to surgeons in our community and to others in the world.

Northwest Surgical Specialists are delighted to welcome Dr. Allegra Saving MD. Dr. Saving joins us from the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she completed her General Surgical residency, and in her final year served as chief surgical resident. Dr. Saving received her medical degree from Wayne State University. She earned her undergraduate degree from Marquette University where she graduated magna cum laude and was captain of the woman’s varsity crew as a senior. Dr. Saving’s professional interests include advanced laparoscopy, complex hernia repair, colorectal surgery, endocrine surgery, and breast disease. In the course of her training, Dr. Saving presented original research at the American Society of Breast Disease annual symposium. Outside of her surgery practice, she is a competitive triathlete and enjoys cooking and playing the piano. She also always looks forward to spending time with her family at Lambeau Field in Wisconsin, where she is a season ticket holder for her beloved Green Bay Packers.
